Decoding Your Dreams

‘Each night, dreams review the activities of the day and give feedback in a most objective fashion. They give information about current psychological processes, pointing out our areas of awareness and giving specific pictures of areas where there is a lack of awareness. The more attention is paid to dreams, the clearer their messages become.’ - Dr Sidra Stone

Do you remember your dreams? If so, do they seem strange, incomprehensible and even frightening at times? Are they just bizarre and meaningless imaginings of your sleeping mind? Or are there important messages for you contained within them?

This workshop will enable you to:

  • Remember and capture your dreams
  • Interpret recurring dreams and nightmares
  • Work creatively with your dreams
  • Use dreams as a guide to your waking life

Dreams give you accurate, non-judgmental feedback and impartial guidance about how you are living your life. They show you where you are stuck and how to get unstuck; where you are out of balance and how to get back into balance; what aspects of your personality you are disowning and how to embrace them.

Once you learn how to decode your dreams, you have a treasure trove of information and wisdom relayed to you nightly.

The workshop will use examples from workshop participants to address:

  • Where dreams come from
  • The meaning of dreams and waking fantasies
  • Themes and motifs in dreams
  • The personal symbolism of your dreams.
